I’m a believer in free speech, however I do not owe you the right to say whatever the Hell you want to say on my soapbox.  Political Discourse is here for reasoned debate… but if your here to just argue with me or as a commenter, that’s cool too, but stay on topic.   You want to stray far off topic or just be obnoxious, obtuse, or try to hijack topics on my soapbox, be prepared to be moderated or have your comments edited, or find yourself banned.  Don’t like it?  Too damn bad.  This is my soapbox; you’re welcome to get your own. This is a political blog which means people are likely to be abrupt or blunt trying to get their point across so I do not care if you are offended by someone’s rudeness.  You can always choose not to read it.
